RS-1049A Glute Bridge. This heavy duty Glute Bridge machine is perfect for heavy glute training with maximum comfort and stability.

Instead of using a traditional bar or pad to lift the weight, users strap a belt across their hips. A large fixed foot-plate is angled for a large range of motion and better movement pattern. It’s plate-loaded on either side of the machine.
