From enquiry to installed gym

Phase one

Plan

01 Enquiry

Send your equipment list, floor plan, product questions or fit-out brief so the team can understand the project scope.
02 Consultation & space planning

Discuss the facility type, training zones, expected use and any layout priorities before narrowing the right equipment mix.
03 Showroom visit

Arrange a visit to Body Tech Blackburn or Body Tech Wrexham to view equipment in person where that helps the decision.

Phase two

04 Customisation & final spec

Confirm the selected products, quantities, finishes and any fit-out or interior requirements before the order is quoted.
05 Quotation & deposit

Receive the project quotation and confirm the deposit route once the specification is agreed.

Phase three

06 Manufacturing

The confirmed order moves into manufacturing against the agreed specification and project requirements.
07 Delivery & installation

Delivery, positioning and installation planning are coordinated around the site and agreed order details.
08 Aftercare

After delivery, the Realleader team remains the contact point for product support and any follow-up requirements.
